We ship your order with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for deliveries distributed from the UK. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. After the parcel has left the sender country, we are not liable for any loss or redirection of the parcel. We do not issue refunds for missing or delayed parcels.
